How long does the process take from initial contact to the hired candidates first day?
This will depend on whether the contract is fixed or permanent. A permanent vacancy, with a candidate located in Ireland on a one-month notice period, will typically be complete within two months. For temporary roles this can take as little as days or weeks. Our onboarding recruitment process includes applicant screening, selection support and relocation assistance so we are sure we have the right candidate for you.
How much will the recruitment cost our company?
The cost varies according to the vacancy and type of recruitment strategy required. For temporary or fixed term contracts the recruitment fee is calculated based on the salary information and contract duration.
